YOU WERE ALWAYS WITH ME

img_0936-301341071035.jpg

Even when I was gone

I knew you were there

You loved me in absolute silence

Waiting for me to surrender

Watching in rose colored glasses as I willfully sank into the stormy seas

The life raft seemed so far away

Blinded by what I could not see

Anticipation ~°•○●

One Nation under God chooses fear as opposed to morality…

Tears fall on window panes…

Eyes absent of vision through a clouded window endures for but a moment in-between the storms and the rain..

Only a few can see and feel the heaviness in colors, black, blue, and melancholy… for you.

Some anticipate the sound of the trumpet…

Others refuse to believe…

Regardless, everything will soon change…

AWAKE; IT’S TIME…

When Everything You Feel is So Unreal

When Everything seems so Unreal and you can’t find your way home…

Remember that this world is only temporary and you’re only passing through…

Your home is where your heart lives and mine lives through HIM…

Just

Feel

The

Soft

Cool

Caress

Of

The

Breeze

And

Know

It

Is

He

And

Believe

Just

Believe…

And

His

Spirit

You

Will

Receive

Infinitely…

~ The end or the beginning? ~

Todays darkness to some may seem as a punishment…

But to others a moment of clarity…

A reminder of what we don’t want for our lives unless we are prepared…

An absolute that we are powerless over…

Yes,  the end is coming for them without vision…

The beginning for the rest…

~Follow Your Dreams~

image

This photograph was talking on the Oregon Coast.  After a month visit with my children we headed home taking the scenic route hwy 101.

Our first stop was Newport Beach Oregon.  It was here that I stopped to reflect on what was truly important in my life. My dream of being with my family was all I could feel.
At this particular moment I decided to follow my dream and drift back home where my heart lives.
And my heart lives in Portland.

~Forever Young~

image

This set of photographs was shot on Mother’s Day this year in Portland Oregon.   My daughter, her pug and I were playing carelessly in the park, as I gazed over at the swing set and for just a moment, I could see my daughter swinging twenty-five years earlier. The reminiscent thought was and always will be cherished.
That’s why I named this set of photographs, “Forever Young.”

~My Turf~

image

I spotted this little guy on the Oregon Coast.  I walked up about 3 feet from him and he looked at me as if to say, “hurry up and take the shot!”
He didn’t budge a bit. The lovely seagull, he was.
