JE T’AIME

I want to write a song but I’m afraid it will hurt too much

I want to write about how I feel, can’t, for it’s all too real

I want to touch the ones I Love, but I’m not certain they would hear

I want to say how much I love you,
but I’m afraid of rejection

I want to speak of peace, but it seems so  faraway

Why did I not wisper my thoughts
When I had a chance to see your smile

Waking up is the hardest part
Destitution my reserve
